New Mexico's highest court ruled Tuesday that county clerks will not be able to conduct a mail-in only election for the June primary.
However, the New Mexico Supreme Court ordered the Secretary of State and county clerks to mail every registered voter an absentee ballot application so everyone can vote that way instead of having to go to polling locations.
Chances are Social Distancing will still be in place so make it easier on yourselves and
make sure to fill out your absentee ballot and mail it in The Primary is June 2.
